ReserveLoop now takes a 0% platform fee. You keep 100% of every deposit - only standard Stripe processing rates apply. Your monthly plan is unchanged.

Track what parties actually spend
A $100 deposit can turn into a $1,000 night. Staff can now record the real spend on any checked-in reservation, and guest profiles use it - so "top spenders" means what guests actually spent, not just their deposits.

Your guest list is yours - export it
One tap on the Guests page downloads your full guest database as a CSV - contacts, SMS consent, visits, and total spend. Your data is never locked in.

Table service, wired end to end
Assign a team member to any booked table, and they see their parties for the night in a new My Tables view — guest name, tap-to-call, party size. Guests can send requests straight from their entry pass ("bottles at midnight", "birthday cake") and they land with their assigned server instantly.

Your floor, live
The new Floor view shows every table for an event night at a glance — grouped by zone, colored by status: open, reserved, or checked in, with the guest and assigned staff on each. Give your tables zones like "VIP Balcony" and your booking page groups them for guests too.

Waitlist invites by text
When a table opens up, invite waitlisted guests with one tap — ReserveLoop texts them from your club number (only guests who opted in). Mark them invited, seated, or removed as the night moves.

We cut our per-booking platform fee from 15% to 10%. Same product, more of every deposit stays with your venue.

When every table is taken, guests can now join a waitlist right from the booking page — name, phone, and permission to text. Your team sees the list on each event, ready to fill cancellations or invite them to the next night. Sold-out nights now grow your guest list instead of turning people away.

Smarter booking pages
Booked tables now disappear from the booking page the moment they are taken, and events show a sold-out notice when every table is reserved. Tables also sort naturally (1, 2, 3... 10), and clubs can hide any table from guests with one tap.
