From Deposit to Door: How ReserveLoop's Booking Flow Works

The entire guest-facing flow is built around one number: under a minute from tapping a link to holding a confirmed table. Here is what that minute actually contains.

A club creates an event - name, date, tables, deposit amounts - and gets one shareable booking link. That link goes out however the club already reaches guests: an Instagram story, a WhatsApp broadcast, a QR code on a flyer. There is no separate app for a guest to find or download.

A guest opens the link and sees the event: the flyer, the date, and every available table grouped by section, each with its minimum spend and required deposit shown up front - no surprises at checkout. They pick a table, enter their name and phone number, and pay the deposit with a card. That payment goes directly to the club's own Stripe account in real time.

The moment the deposit clears, the guest gets a personal entry pass - a QR code tied to their reservation, with the event details and a link back to share it further. At the door, staff scan the code, the party checks in, and the floor view updates live so the whole team can see who is seated where and who is still expected.

Behind the scenes, that single booking already did the CRM work: the guest's contact details, visit history, and eventually what they actually spent are all sitting in the club's dashboard, ready for the next event - without anyone re-typing anything from a DM thread.
